If you’re a Landlord, or are thinking of becoming one, it’s your responsibility to ensure that all gas appliances in your property are safe.

As Gas Safe Registered plumbers we can help you comply with your legal requirement by carrying out your CP12 annual safety inspection required by law.

We will check your entire gas installation and all gas appliances, such as cookers, boilers and pipework.

Providing everything is in order we will provide you with your gas safety certificate, a copy of which you should give to your tenants.

We can also install the mandatory carbon monoxide detection alarms, which provide another level of safety for your tenants.
